So-Cal 1 Plumbing & Rooter is a family-owned plumbing company based on Euclid Street in Fullerton. We work on homes and businesses across Orange County.
Federico V. founded the company after more than two decades working on Southern California plumbing, from corroded cast iron in 1940s houses to slab leaks in new developments. He had seen too many homeowners get a rushed diagnosis, a vague price, and a surprise on the invoice.
So the company runs on a simple routine. We look at the problem in person. We tell you what is wrong and what it costs before any work begins. Then we do the work the way we would want it done at our own house.
Most of our growth has come from repeat customers and referrals. Customers tend to mention our plumbers by name in their reviews, and we think that says more about the company than anything we could write here.

What customers say
★★★★★
Great experience with Miguel and Steven! Fixed my stubborn kitchen sink clog. Very informative and respectful of my home in addressing the issue. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with SoCal 1 Plumbing! Eliass came out to clear a blockage in my kitchen line by snaking it through the outside wall clean-out, and everything was done efficiently and with great care. He also installed new tubular drains under my kitchen sink to stop the leaks I’d been dealing with. The work was high-quality, and they even provided a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, which gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend their professional and reliable service!

I had a plumbing issue that needed to be repaired sooner than later. Miguel came out and knew how to fix it immediately. Miguel was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to call them in the future.
