What customers say about So-Cal 1

★★★★★

Great experience with Miguel and Steven! Fixed my stubborn kitchen sink clog. Very informative and respectful of my home in addressing the issue. Highly recommend!

★★★★★

I had an excellent experience with SoCal 1 Plumbing! Eliass came out to clear a blockage in my kitchen line by snaking it through the outside wall clean-out, and everything was done efficiently and with great care. He also installed new tubular drains under my kitchen sink to stop the leaks I’d been dealing with. The work was high-quality, and they even provided a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, which gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend their professional and reliable service!

So-Cal 1 Plumbing is AWESOME!! They did a great job for us about a year and a half ago and I had a clogged toilet today. I called Miguel, he and his son Stevan came within 30 mins, just as kind and friendly as before, fixed the problem and because I'd had work done in the past, didn't charge me as they offer a lifetime warranty on their work!! Totally great customer service, quick to respond and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!!

I wanted to also say they we're great in the Punctuality, and Responsiveness items but Thumbtack only allows me to select 3 items. Basically from the moment I submitted my request on Thumbtack I got a call within one minute with clear details as to what to expect for follow up. The follow up was spot on. Jacob was AMAZING! The company is very straightforward and gives quotes in advance for anything that may go wrong. From the minor to the major. So that you are aware at all times of what's happening. They also put on booties before entering the house keeping our floors clean. The work area was clean when they we're done. Overall EXTREMELY satisfied with Jacob, and the company as a whole. Absolutely will use them again in the future.
